Many of my personal and professional experiences have incorporated aspects of science communication. These have included various talks, workshops, and other speaking engagements. I’ve also worked on projects that are outreach and education based that included a variety of aspects including:
- Develop curriculum on various bird topics (migration, anatomy, diet, beak and feet adaptations, etc.)
- Align bird curriculum to state and national educational standards
- Conduct bird banding demonstrations for all ages and group sizes
- Host events with bird activities for people of all ages and groups of all sizes.
